Arthur Luis Piza (1928- )
Piza was born in Brazil and moved to Paris in the 1950s. His graphic technique is a combination of engraving and etching, and it requires special inks and multiple plate inkings to achieve the depth of color and textures in his work.
Piza has been associated with the Latin American geometric constructivist movement based in Paris. His works have been exhibited widely throughout Europe and the US.
We represent Piza's etchings directly from his etching publisher and dealer in Paris, and we represent the artist's other works from his own studio.
Additional works by this artist are also available in the gallery.
